VBJ Developments can handle any of these application processes from start to finish including public consultation, public hearings, and meetings with city or municipal representatives or any other meetings required. We will work closely with our client and keep them involved in the process but at the same time removing them from the stress and headache that these types of approval processes can cause to someone who has not gone through them before.

Even though a certain use may be permitted on a property there are still many rules and regulations that have to be met before a property can be developed.
