VBJ Developments Ltd. originated in 2004 and quickly became Brandon & area’s largest Land Development Company. We specialize in residential, commercial and industrial land development.

VBJ has produced some of Brandon’s most livable residential communities such as Woodlands, Southridge Estates, and its newest development The Landing. We offer a wide range of properties available to allow the buyer to select a location for their home that fits their personal needs and budget. Lots range in various size with the option of corner lots, walk outs, etc. A majority of properities are located on the South East end of Brandon and in close proximity to local shops, malls, grocery stores, sporting facilities, and much more.
